  • How do I find the right size?

  • How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, it will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). And will be delivered within 4-8 business days for more information please check out our Shipping Policy.

  • What is your satisfaction guarantee?

All of our products are absolutely guaranteed. Every time. Any reason. Or we’ll make it right.

We stand by everything we sell. So if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we. We’ll make it right – please contact us via our official email: support@lsutigersteamstore.com for better assistance. Simple as that.

  • Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • What could cause a delay in my order being shipped to me?

If an item you select is out of stock, we will hold your order and try to contact you via email about selecting a replacement item. 

To avoid delays, returned packages, and/or additional fees, please double check that there are no misspellings and that the correct street number, street name, unit numbers, city, state, zip code, are entered. Packages with incorrect addresses will be rejected by the courier and returned to the sender.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned package. Customers must pay the returned package shipping cost before we can reship the order to the updated address.

If you choose to cancel or return the order, the returned package shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

If your order is flagged for fraud, processing will be delayed until we can verify the order is not fraud.

  • I live in Puerto Rico. What is the shipping fee and when will I get my order?

The shipping fee is $4.99 everywhere in the USA. You will receive your order 4-8 business days after it finished processing in 2-3 business days. See more in our Shipping Policy. 

  • How do I contact you regarding a business inquiry?

  • There is something missing/ defective/ not what I ordered. What should I do? 

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us and raise a return request and follow directions as instructed. (Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email support@lsutigersteamstore.com for assistance.)

  • I didn’t receive my order/shipping confirmation email

You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email within 2-3 business days after being processed. The exceptions are orders placed during a weekend, which may not ship until the following Monday.

If you don’t receive either email within those timeframes: 

Start by checking your spam folder.

If you use multiple email addresses, make sure you’re checking the right inbox.
